I have always loved the bright colors of Africa. The people, the clothing, the incredible skies combine to bring an undeniable energy to any piece that attempts to depict it.
I have been interested in creating things since I was a child. I have enjoyed dabbling in many different areas of art from collage making when I was a teen, interior design, landscape painting through to my current projects in abstract art painting. As much as I enjoy acrylic painting I feel the need to expand upon it. I am now looking to incorporate my love of history, acrylic painting and collage making into an expressive art form which will best reflect who I am as an individual.
I like the colors in this one. The African people have a unique way of combining colors that you have done a good job of capturing.
